Recovery Protocols
Not every session wrecks you the same way. A three-hour surf in cold water is not the same as a 50-mile ultra. The compounds are the same — the stacking, timing, and dosing change with the scenario.
Post-Surf Recovery
Scenario: Cold-water immersion, repetitive paddle strain, UV exposure, salt abrasion.
Focus compounds: BPC-157 (tendon/ligament repair), TB-500 (systemic inflammation), GHK-Cu (skin barrier restoration).
Window: Within 2 hours of exiting the water. Cold exposure amplifies the inflammatory cascade — early intervention matters.
Climbing & Bouldering
Scenario: High-load finger/forearm tendons, eccentric muscle damage, skin tears.
Focus compounds: BPC-157 (tendon-specific, pulley injuries), TB-500 (broad soft-tissue), Epithalon (recovery sleep quality).
Window: Evening session — prioritize sleep-quality compounds alongside repair.
Ultra-Endurance
Scenario: Cumulative oxidative stress, GI permeability, muscle protein breakdown, sleep disruption.
Focus compounds: SS-31 (mitochondrial protection), BPC-157 (gut-barrier repair), MOTS-c (metabolic resilience), DSIP (sleep architecture).
Window: Multi-day protocol — pre-event loading, intra-event support, 7-day post-event recovery.
Weekend Warrior
Scenario: Infrequent high-intensity — ski weekends, pickup games, yard sprints. Undertrained for the load.
Focus compounds: BPC-157 (acute soft tissue), TB-500 (broad anti-inflammatory), GH secretagogue (recovery sleep + anabolic support).
Window: Same-day through 72 hours. DOMS peaks at 48h — the protocol bridges the gap.
Trail & Mountain
Scenario: Altitude exposure, eccentric descent loading, UV at elevation, dehydration.
Focus compounds: Epithalon (altitude sleep disruption), BPC-157 (knee/ankle repair), MOTS-c (metabolic stress at altitude).
Window: Begin 48h pre-ascent for altitude protocols; standard post-session for mechanical repair.
