Shipping

Domestic U.S. only at launch. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. USPS Priority Mail in most cases; tracking provided.

Free shipping on orders $150 and up. Standard rate $9.95 below that threshold.

Returns

Because every product is research-use-only and ships under cold chain when applicable, all sales are final. We will replace damaged-in-transit shipments if reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the sealed packaging.

Lost or stolen

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Contact us for assistance with carrier claims.
